The balance is due on the day of the tour or tasting in cash or card (Visa, MC, AmEx).

If you need to cancel, please let us know two weeks before your tour or tasting date. A full refund of the deposit will be issued.

For cancellations within two weeks of the experience date the deposit will not be refunded.
