- The balance is due on the day of the tour or tasting in cash or card (Visa, MC, AmEx).
- If you need to cancel, please let us know two weeks before your tour or tasting date. A full refund of the deposit will be issued.
- For cancellations within two weeks of the experience date the deposit will not be refunded.
