To confirm your booking with Swirl the Glass, we request a deposit payable via PayPal.

The balance is due on the day of the tour or tasting.

If you need to cancel, please let us know two weeks before your tour or tasting date. A full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Cancellations within two weeks of the experience date will forfeit the deposit.

For groups of six or more guests, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

The balance must then be paid two weeks in advance of the tour or tasting date.

Any changes or cancellations within two weeks of the tour or tasting date will not be refunded.
